Data controller
The controller of data provided in correspondence is Rolbatch Sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 21/9, Kielce. For data-related matters and withdrawal of consent, contact us through the Rolbatch contact form.
How the form works
After you click “Send now” and pass the anti-spam check, the form sends your details and selected courses or publications to the server, which emails the inquiry to the person shown, with a copy to the Rolbatch office. The message also records the inquiry source JD or ML, selected notifications, the consent text you accepted and the submission date. Consents apply to the email address entered in the form.
The form does not save enquiries in a separate customer database. Messages are stored in email. The identifiers of selected courses and books remain locally in the browser until the selection is changed or cleared. We do not store your name, email address, company or questions there. You can also copy the enquiry or send it yourself through your email application or WhatsApp.
Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process your full name, email address, phone number, company and job title provided, and the content of correspondence to respond to the enquiry, provide requested materials and prepare an offer. For a person acting on their own behalf with a view to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For company representatives, the basis for handling the enquiry is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and business cooperation.
We send future materials and commercial information about Rolbatch Academy and Rolbatch Engineering on the basis of consent: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Consent applies to email messages. It does not cover marketing phone calls or sharing data with other companies for their own marketing.
Book notifications
By selecting a title and sending a message, you request an email about the availability of its second print edition. This request is separate from consent to general commercial messages. You can cancel the request or withdraw consent by replying to Rolbatch correspondence or using the contact form at www.rolbatch.eu. We process data for this notification on the basis of your consent until the information is provided or the request is withdrawn earlier.
Choosing and withdrawing consent
Subscribing to materials is optional and requires you to actively select consent and send a message. When enquiring about a course, book or the Executive programme, consent to future messages is optional. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to Rolbatch correspondence or using the contact form at www.rolbatch.eu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Recipients and retention period
Authorised employees and associates, and email, IT and hosting service providers may have access to the data to the extent needed to handle correspondence. We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and continue any agreed cooperation, and subsequently to the extent required by legal obligations or the protection of claims. We process data for sending materials until consent is withdrawn or this purpose ends. Limited information about consent and its withdrawal may be retained to demonstrate the choice made.
If the use of IT services involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, mechanisms compliant with Chapter V GDPR must be used. Information about the services and safeguards used can be obtained through the Rolbatch contact form.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability in cases provided for by law. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Contact protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification before sending the form and revealing the email address. When you select email contact, the browser connects to the verification service, which processes technical connection data. We do not provide the enquiry content or data entered in the form for verification. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy. WhatsApp and email services operate under their providers' terms.
Website and external links
This website does not use its own advertising pixels, analytics or marketing cookies. The hosting service may process technical connection data needed to operate and protect the service; sign-in rules for the private preview are determined by the hosting service. Links to the shop and publication catalogue lead to separate services with their own terms. We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on the basis of this form.
